The Genocide Report (TGR) believes transparency is essential to our mission of atrocity education, prevention, research, and legal literacy. As a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, we comply with all applicable federal reporting requirements and make key organizational records available for public review. We believe transparency strengthens public trust, supports informed giving, and reinforces our commitment to ethical nonprofit governance.

Our 501(c)(3) Status

The Genocide Report was founded in 2011 and received recognition as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in 2015.

TGR is committed to maximizing the impact of every dollar entrusted to the organization. We prioritize investments that directly support our educational mission, including research, public education, atrocity prevention initiatives, and international law literacy.
